Sheer were appointed development managers to oversee the delivery of all aspects of the project, including planning approvals, Land & environment court appeal management, subdivision registration, project management, sales and marketing. Retail

Project: 23 Darlinghurst Road, Kings Cross, Sydney
Project Value: $11 million

On behalf of a client sheer acquired this landmark building. Whilst cash-flow generating at purchase, the property had vacancies at purchase and the leasing structure enables add value. Further add value through the creation of a restaurant and cocktail lounge trading upon a nightclub license as well as alterations, additions and refurbishment of the existing structure.

Mixed Use

Project: 24 to 30 Springfield Avenue, Potts Point, Sydney
Project Value: 40 million

Sheer were engaged to secure development approval for this landmark site. One of the last significant development sites in Sydney’s inner east development approval was obtained for a mixed use development comprising 1800m2 of prime retail and 43 apartments. An alternate DA comprising 1500m2 of retail and incorporating a 125 hotel room low service hotel was applied for in parallel. Subsequently Sheer negotiated off market the sale of this project and construction is scheduled to commence shortly.

Hotel & Leisure

Project: Long Island Resort, Long Island, Whitsunday Islands, Queensland

Sheer was appointed Sheer to determine the highest and best use of extracting value from an existing land holding located on Long Island situated in the Whitsunday Islands, Queensland. Planning approval is currently being sought to securitize vacant land by way of sub lease.
